President
Amy C. Baruch, MD
Amy Baruch, MD MHCDS obtained a BS in Biology from the University of Notre Dame and her Medical Degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, where she also completed her residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. She subsequently completed a Cytopathology fellowship at the U.T. MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, and a Masters in Healthcare Delivery Science at Dartmouth College. She is a partner in Carolinas Pathology Group, where she practices general pathology and serves as the medical director for Cytopathology at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System and Celligent Diagnostics. Outside of work, Amy enjoys running, watching her two daughters play golf and tennis, and serving on the board of the Girls on the Run SC Upstate council.

Craig F. Hart, MD
Craig F. Hart, MD. obtained a BS in Biology with Honors at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his Medical Degree at the UNC school of Medicine and remained at UNC Hospitals for residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. He followed this with a subspecialty fellowship in surgical pathology that included additional cytopathology training. His special interests include head and neck pathology and microbiology.

Steven L. Carroll, M.D., PhD
Professor and Chair of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), where he holds the Gordon R. Hennigar, Jr., MD, Endowed Chair in Pathology. Dr. Carroll is the Director of the South Carolina Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, the Carroll A. Campbell Jr. Neuropathology Laboratory (Brain Bank) and the Hollings Cancer Center Biorepository & Tissue Analysis Shared Resource.
