Refunds, excluding a nonrefundable administrative fee of $25, will be made for cancellations received prior to that date. Should you decide for any reason not to attend this event without notifying our office via email cancellation, you accept that you forfeit any funds associated with this registration and your payment will not be refunded. Attendee registration addresses will be provided to all attendees and vendors registered for the Annual Meeting.
